About HN Summarized
HN Summarized provides AI-generated summaries of the top stories on Hacker News. This service regularly scans for stories that reach certain point thresholds and generates accompanying summaries, helping you quickly understand what's worth reading.
Feeds are available for stories that reach 100+ and 250+ points.
It is a side project built by markgx to help you browse higher-scoring stories without reading through every article.
Why are some stories missing a summary?
Some stories may be hidden behind a paywall, block automated web scraping, or be of a file type (e.g., PDFs, videos) that is not supported.
How do I opt-out of summarizing?
Opt out by blocking the user-agent HN-Summarized-Bot/1.0 in your site's robots.txt file.
